Therapy & Coaching Across Kent & Sussex
I offer CBT therapy and coaching for adults and adolescents (14+) from my practices in Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough, as well as online and through eco-therapy walking sessions in the Ashdown Forest. This flexible approach allows you to choose the setting that feels most supportive — indoors, outdoors, or from the comfort of your home.
My practice receives referrals from GPs, mental health professionals, and former clients. I am also a registered provider for AXA PPP, Aviva, Cigna, and Walking with the Wounded.
Types of Support I Offer
CBT Therapy (In Person)
Evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy delivered face-to-face from my practices in Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough.
In-person sessions offer a calm, private space to explore difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, OCD, and stress, with the structure and support of traditional room-based therapy. This option is ideal for clients who prefer direct, in-room interaction.
Online CBT provides the same high-quality, evidence-based therapy as in-person sessions, with the added convenience of attending from your home, workplace, or any private setting.
It’s a flexible option for clients with busy schedules, mobility challenges, or those living outside Kent and Sussex. I work with individuals across the UK and internationally, offering expert support wherever you are.
Eco-Therapy (Walking Therapy)
Nature-based CBT sessions held in the Ashdown Forest.
Walking outdoors can reduce stress, improve emotional clarity, and help you feel more grounded and open during therapy.
Adolescent CBT (14+)
Specialist support for young people experiencing anxiety, school pressure, exam stress, low mood, confidence difficulties, and emotional overwhelm.
Goal-focused coaching for personal and professional growth, using cognitive behavioural tools to build resilience, confidence, and high performance.
Business & Workplace CBT
Support for managers, teams, and C-suite leaders to address workplace stress, performance blocks, communication challenges, and resilience.
